How to delete your account in the app or on the website

1. Sign in to your account in the Unitool app or on unitool.ai.
2. Open the settings section: on the website — “Settings” → “Security” tab (unitool.ai/en/settings?p=password); in the app — “Profile” → “Account settings” → “Security” tab.
3. At the bottom of the page, click the “Delete account” button.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that opens.

Deletion happens immediately after confirmation.

If you don't have access to your account

Email us from the address your account is registered with at info@unitool.ai with the subject “Account deletion”. The request is processed within 30 days.

What data is deleted and what is retained

• Deleted: your email address, password, linked sign-in methods, all active sessions, and also your prompts, generation history, chat conversations, saved user “memory” and uploaded files. The account is deleted with no possibility of recovery, any active subscription is cancelled, and unused tokens are not refunded.
• Retained: payment records and fiscal documents — for the periods required by Russian law (up to 5 years); anonymized technical usage records not linked to the user identity.
